A by-election took place to elect a councillor for Bisley & West End borough ward on Thursday, 14 April 2022.  Â
1956 ballot papers were issued which was a 28.3% turnout. Â

Tony Henderson (The Conservative Party) – 662 votes  Â
Liz Noble (Liberal Democrats) – 1286 vote (Elected)Â
