Today was a special day for Camberley, another segment of the regeneration of The Town Centre Project.
Dignitaries were gathered with The Mayor of Surrey Heath Robin Perry for The Ground Breaking Ceremony. Suggested cost 4.4 million pounds to widen the pedestrian walkway, together with innovative design features as produced by local artists.
This after the artist’s consultation with local people and groups as to Camberley’s history.
The work is due to take approx 58 weeks. There is road closure of course but delightfully our wonderful businesses are trading as usual so please do continue to support them!
