The SHAC purpose built Rainbow Café is situated in Camberley Town Centre and provides refreshment at a reasonable cost to anyone, no longer an over 50’s café.
It also provides a meeting place for people who can call in for a chat and the opportunity to form new friendships.
The shop has a warm and friendly atmosphere and customers are very welcome to drop in at any time during the opening hours of 10am to 3pm Monday to Saturday.
The service is provided by a volunteer team, supervised by a part-time manager.
When you’re next in Camberley and fancy a nice coffee, a toasted tea cake or lunch please pop in and see us at our newly refurbished Rainbow Café (situated underneath the multi storey car park opposite House of Fraser).
We offer very competitively priced snacks and drinks and a welcoming and warm atmosphere.
Regular raffles and other small fundraising events are held to help us fund new furniture and equipment and to keep the premises fresh, clean and comfortable.
SHAC regularly seeks the view of the Rainbow Cafe customers to improve the services offered.
The Shop is also made available to suitable groups of people to hold meetings outside of the normal opening hours, in return for a donation to SHAC funds.
As a registered charity, Surrey Heath Age Concern is a not for profit organisation. All surpluses from the Rainbow Cafe help to support our charitable work.
