Mrs Potts’ Place is an award wining 34 seater studio in the heart of Camberley town centre. Bring the children into our relaxed, tranquil environment for a treat to paint some pottery.
We have a beautiful range of pottery from fairies to wonky pots and our helpful staff will show you some tricks of the trade too. Sit on Mrs Potts’ special chair or perhaps if your birthday, the ‘happy birthday’ chair ! There is something for everyone and your painted item will be glazed, popped in the kiln and can be collected 1 week later or posted if needed.
Mrs Potts’ Place caters for all ages and everyone is welcome whatever their ability. Adults can paint too or just sit back and enjoy a cuppa while the children paint. We are wheelchair friendly and have a toilet – while there, don’t forget to measure yourself on the height chart to see if you are as short as a penguin or perhaps as tall as Father Christmas.
Mrs Potts’ Place also does hand and footprints as a gorgeous keepsake. Or a perhaps you are looking for a commissioned item painted by one of our talented in house artists for that special occasion. Unique to Mrs Potts’ Place is our portraits of a favourite child’s toy too.
If you are feeling particularly creative, Mrs Potts and her team also offer a variety of craft workshops which include both adult and child classes. Look out for our school holiday workshops too. They include sewing, mixed media, silk painting and our very popular glass fusing for the over 16s and much more.
