The Councillors and Officers of Surrey Heath Borough Council are deeply saddened at the news of the death of Her Majesty The Queen.
Our thoughts are with the Royal Family, the residents of Surrey Heath, and the country at this very sad time.
In line with national protocols, the Union Flag outside Surrey Heath House has been lowered to half-mast. A book of condolence will be opened from 10am tomorrow (Friday 9 September) at Surrey Heath House for anyone wishing to express their condolences in this way.
Details regarding a national online book of condolence will be published on the Council’s website once this is available.
