Talented artist Kev Munday has created another bright and colourful mural in Camberley town centre in Sparvell Way.
The mural called Sights of the Suburbs is inspired by the song of the same name by The Members.
JC Carroll from The Members said:
“We are thrilled to be referenced in the new Mural in Camberley the Sights of the Suburbs… by Kev Munday! Of all the songs about growing up in Camberley we are a very proud our song has been chosen to be featured.”

Cllr Shaun Garrett, Deputy Leader and Economic Development and Transformation Portfolio Holder, SHBC, said;
“Many thanks to Kev Munday for creating another fantastic piece of art in the town centre. This new mural is unique to Camberley and captures some of the history of the town. I thoroughly recommend a visit to Sparvell Way to see Kev Munday’s work and also the businesses which operate there.”
The art commission was funded by the Welcome Back fund which aims to support town centres as they reopen following the pandemic. This artwork helps to rejuvenate and create vibrancy in Sparvell Way which is home to independent businesses and also leads to London Road which also has many varied independent businesses.
