Established in 2011, Mind body and pole is a small business built from word of mouth and lots of hard work. Our classes are inclusive and innovative, welcoming students from all walks of life.
Our aim is to prove that fitness really can be fun! MBP has been certified as an Approved Pole Dance School by the Pole Dance Community.
This represents the highest level of professionalism and teaching quality within the pole fitness industry.
We are also an Approved Studio with the Pole Safe Federation.
How to find us
We can be a little tricky to find as we are tucked away behind Waterfords Estate Agents. If you are walking from the town centre, head down Park Street (away from the shops) and you will see the railway bridge ahead of you.
You will see Majestic Wine on your right followed by Waterfords Estate Agents – walk between the two buildings and our Studio is located on the left, to the rear of Waterfords.
