With the festive season just around the corner, there are plenty of opportunities to get into the Christmas spirit across the Borough over the coming weeks..
Bagshot Christmas Bash including tree lighting
Location: Bagshot Lower High Street
Date: Saturday 11 December 3pm – 6pm
There’ll be a magic show, birds of prey, fancy dresss spot prizes, a dancing extravaganz, music, stalls, food and more. Christmas tree light switch on at 5.30pm with blessing of the tree and carols. Find more on the facebook page Bashot Big Bash.
Carols on the Green
Location: Frimley Green
Date: 11 December, 6.30pm
The Frimley Green Carnival Committee presents Christmas carols accompanied by roasted chestnuts, hot mince pies, hot chocolate and mulled wine. Find out more at mfgdsociety.org.uk
West End Christmas Tree Festival
Location: Holy Trinity Church, West End
Date: 11 & 12 December
Featuring 40 Christmas tree decorated by local groups and families. Trees will be available to buy via making a donation to support their local parish church and Woking and Sam Beare Hospices. Refreshments, a raffle and Christmas treats will be availale.
Entry is free, donations are welcomed.
Old Dean Christmas Carol Service
Location: Old Dean Parade, Camberley
Date: Thursday 16th December 5:30pm
There will be a Christmas tree and a live band to accompany the Christmas carols. Come along to enjoy some festive cheer!
