How often must i see my trainer to get the best results?

Being active 5 times per week for 30mins or more will give you the results and improve your overall health and well being.

Cross training and doing activities in and out of the centre are great ways of building up to 5 times a week.

You may choose to see your trainer once a month or once a week 0 it’s really up to you.
